Terms and ConditionsTHESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE DRAFTED IN ENGLISH. ANY TRANSLATION INTO ANOTHER LANGUAGE IS PROVIDED ONLY FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE READER. IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT OR INCONSISTENCY, THE ENGLISH-LANGUAGE VERSION SHALL PREVAIL OVER ANY TRANSLATED VERSION.
1. Definitions and interpretation
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), the following definitions apply:
• "Company", "we", "us", "our" — Goldkey Technologies Limitada, a company incorporated in Costa Rica, company registration number 3-102-892568, registered address Puntarenas – Pastor Diaz Ave., Puntarenas Province, Jaco, 61101, Costa Rica, operating the Website under the Goldbet brand pursuant to gaming licence number ALSI-012401005-FI1 issued by the Gaming Board of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros) under the Betting and Gaming Act 2005, together with its subsidiaries, holding companies, affiliates, group companies, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, agents, service providers and other related entities within its corporate structure (together, the "Group").
• "Website" — the website operated under the Goldbet brand, together with any associated mobile applications and application programming interfaces. The Company's only official and licensed domains are goldbet.io, goldbet.gg and gbcas6033.com (the "Official Domains"). No other domain, website, application or "mirror" is operated, authorised or endorsed by the Company.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any natural person who registers, accesses or uses an Account or the services on the Website.
• "Account" — the player account registered on the Website.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" — the jurisdictions defined in Section 2.2.
• "Services" — the online gaming, betting, casino, live-dealer and related services made available through the Website.
1.2 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" mean "including without limitation". The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
1.3 By registering on the Website you agree to be legally bound by all of the following, which together constitute the agreement between you and the Company (collectively, the "Agreement"):
• these Terms;
• the Privacy and Cookies Policy;
• the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• the AML Policy;
• the Bonus Terms;
• the Sportsbook Terms and Conditions;
• the specific terms of any advertising campaign, bonus, reward or promotion offered on the Website;
• the rules of the particular games offered on the Website; and
• any other terms you accept in order to use particular sections or services of the Website.
1.4 Order of precedence. In the event of any conflict, the documents take precedence in the following order: (a) the specific terms of an applicable bonus, promotion or game rule; (b) these Terms; (c) the remaining policies listed above. The AML Policy prevails over any other document to the extent required for the Company to meet its legal and regulatory obligations.
1.5 If you do not agree to accept and abide by the Agreement you must not create an Account or use any Services. Continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance of the Agreement.
1.6 The binding version of the Agreement is the English version. By accepting the Agreement you warrant that your knowledge of the English language is sufficient to fully understand it.
2. Regulatory requirements and restricted jurisdictions
2.1 Age. You may use the Services only if you have reached both the age of 18 and the legal age to participate in gaming under the law applicable to you, whichever is higher. By accepting these Terms you warrant that you meet this requirement and you must immediately leave the Website if you do not.
2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions. These Terms apply to the Services offered at goldbet.io (the "Website"). The Company does not offer the Services to, and does not accept Players, registrations, deposits, bets or withdrawals from, residents or citizens of, or persons located in, any of the following (the "Restricted Jurisdictions"):
(a) Licence-mandated exclusions: the United States of America (including all states, territories and possessions), the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Australia, France (including all overseas departments, territories and collectivities), the Union of the Comoros (including Anjouan), and any other jurisdiction designated as restricted by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority (AOFA) from time to time;
(b) Additional operator exclusions: Belize, Curaçao, Sint Eustatius (Statia), Sint Maarten, Israel, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Republic of Cyprus;
(c) Sanctioned and embargoed jurisdictions: any jurisdiction, territory or region that is subject to comprehensive trade or financial sanctions or embargoes administered by the United Nations, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States (OFAC), the European Union, or His Majesty's Treasury / OFSI of the United Kingdom, including, as at the date of these Terms, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea), Syria, the Russian Federation, and Belarus;
(d) FATF-listed jurisdictions: any jurisdiction on the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) list of "High-Risk Jurisdictions subject to a Call for Action" (the FATF "black list" — as at the date of these Terms, Iran, North Korea and Myanmar), as published and amended by the FATF from time to time; and
(e) General unlawfulness: any jurisdiction in which online gambling, or your participation in it, is prohibited, restricted or otherwise unlawful under applicable local law.
The Company may add to, remove from or otherwise amend the list of Restricted Jurisdictions at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, including where required by the AOFA. The current list is published on the Website and you must check these Terms regularly. The FATF and sanctions references above are incorporated by reference and apply as amended from time to time, irrespective of the illustrative examples named.
2.3 Prohibited access. Players from Restricted Jurisdictions are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering on, depositing funds to, placing bets on, or otherwise using the Website. Any attempt to circumvent this prohibition — including through the use of a VPN, proxy, or the provision of false, incomplete or misleading information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and unauthorised activity. By accessing or using the Website you expressly warrant that you are not a resident or citizen of, and are not located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction. If you are, or become, located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, you must immediately cease all use of the Website and close your Account.
2.4 No liability; waiver of claims from Restricted Jurisdictions. The Company and the Group have no obligation to provide the Services to any Player from a Restricted Jurisdiction. Any such use is unauthorised and undertaken entirely at the Player's own sole risk and responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company reserves the right (but is under no obligation) to: (i) immediately close the Account of any such Player without notice; (ii) void and forfeit all funds, bonuses, winnings and other amounts on the Account; and (iii) block access to the Website. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Players from Restricted Jurisdictions irrevocably waive, release and discharge the Company and the Group from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with their use of the Website, the closure of their Account, the forfeiture of funds, or any related act or omission. Each provision of this Section operates independently; if any part is held unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full force.
2.5 Geo-blocking and technical measures. The Company implements technical measures, including geo-blocking and other access controls, intended to prevent access from Restricted Jurisdictions. The use of any circumvention tool (including a VPN or proxy) does not create any right to use the Services and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds, with no liability to the Company or the Group.
2.6 No assurance of legality. The Company provides no assurance or warranty as to the legality of your use of the Website, particularly where gambling is prohibited, regulated or unregulated in your jurisdiction. It is solely your responsibility to verify the laws of your jurisdiction concerning online gambling and the legal age to participate before using the Website, and you bear sole responsibility for your decision to use the Website. If online gambling in your jurisdiction becomes illegal or restricted at any time, you must immediately close your Account and stop using the Services.
2.7 Provider restrictions. In addition to the Restricted Jurisdictions, some of the software providers represented on the Website prohibit customers from certain jurisdictions from using their products.
2.8 Reporting. The Company reserves the right to notify the relevant government bodies, other operators, online service providers, banks, payment and card processors, electronic payment providers and financial institutions in case of suspected fraudulent, illegal or otherwise suspicious activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.
2.9 Official Domains; no liability for unofficial sites, mirrors and counterfeits. The Company operates the Website exclusively through its Official Domains: goldbet.io, goldbet.gg and gbcas6033.com. These are the only domains licensed to and operated by the Company under gaming licence number ALSI-012401005-FI1. Any other website, domain, sub-domain, "mirror", clone, mobile application or service that uses the Goldbet name, branding, logos or content, but is not one of the Official Domains, is not operated, owned, authorised, endorsed or controlled by the Company and has no connection to the Company. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and the Group accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any such unofficial site, mirror or counterfeit, including for any loss, damage, fraud, data breach, deposit, withdrawal, account, winnings or other harm a person may suffer through it. Any account opened, deposit made or activity conducted on a site that is not an Official Domain is undertaken entirely at that person's own sole risk, and the Company is under no obligation to honour, recognise, recover or compensate any balance, deposit or winnings associated with it. The Company reserves the right to take action against operators of unofficial or counterfeit sites, including reporting to hosting providers, registrars, payment processors and the relevant authorities. Before registering, depositing or transacting, you should always verify that you are on one of the Official Domains listed above.
3. Protection and safety of information; Accounts
3.1 The Company offers access to games only through a protected network using encryption technology for sensitive data.
3.2 The Website may not be used for commercial purposes, or in the name or interest of any other person. The Website may be used only for personal gaming.
3.3 Your Account must be registered in your own correct name. Only one Account is permitted per person, per household/address, per phone number, per email address, and per IP address. Any additional accounts will be considered "Duplicate Accounts". You must not open a Duplicate Account, including by providing false or alternative credentials.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to cancel bets, reject bonuses, cancel participation in any promotion, and permanently ban any customer from the bonus/promotion programme, at its sole discretion, where a Duplicate Account is opened. The Company may apply some, all or none of these measures in any particular case at its sole discretion.
3.5 You must keep your login/username and password confidential and not disclose them to third parties. You are solely responsible for any action or transaction made using your Account. Any party using the correct login and password will be treated as you, and any transaction will be treated as valid and made by you. The Company assumes no responsibility for third parties accessing your Account or for any losses arising from unauthorised use.
3.6 It is forbidden to use the login and password of any other person.
3.7 Where the Company suspects that you are attempting to breach or circumvent its security systems, the Company reserves the right to immediately block your Account, suspend your access to the Services, and inform the relevant authorities.
4. Your responsibilities
4.1 It is your responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the Website, the placing of deposits and the receipt of winnings are legal under the legislation applicable to you.
4.2 You assume full responsibility for paying all taxes, levies and other charges associated with any winnings, under the laws applicable to you. You agree to indemnify the Company for any liability, expense or loss it incurs as a result of any requirement imposed on it by any government body to withhold or pay taxes (or similar) in connection with your withdrawals or income.
4.3 You must immediately notify us of any change to your registration data.
4.4 You must provide all information we may request to manage your Account, verify your identity, or verify the source of funds, within 30 calendar days of the request. We reserve the right to freeze funds on your Account until the requested documents are provided. If you fail to provide the requested verification information within 30 calendar days, we reserve the right to restrict your ability to transact and to participate in games, and in that case the Company has no responsibility to return or compensate the funds remaining on your Account, subject to applicable AML obligations.
4.5 You acknowledge that bonuses and promotions have their own terms, set out in the relevant sections of the Website, and that, where any conflict arises, those terms prevail over these Terms.
4.6 You must use the payment-system services available on the Website in accordance with the rules imposed by the respective providers.
4.7 You accept that game results are determined by a Random Number Generator and you accept those results. Where there is a discrepancy between the result shown on your screen and the result on the game server, the server result prevails. You agree that the Company's records are the sole and sufficient evidence of your participation and its results.
4.8 The games offered on the Website are tested and certified by independent testing laboratories recognised by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, and the Random Number Generators used meet recognised industry standards for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) information is made available in accordance with applicable game rules.
5. Your warranties
5.1 By opening and using an Account you warrant that:
5.1.1 you are acting on your own behalf;
5.1.2 you have reached both the age of 18 and the legal age to participate in gaming under the laws applicable to you;
5.1.3 you are not a resident or citizen of, and are not located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction;
5.1.4 you do not have a gambling addiction and do not use the Website under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances;
5.1.5 all data you provide on registration is true and accurate and you will keep it updated;
5.1.6 you understand and accept that there is a possibility of monetary loss;
5.1.7 you are not using funds obtained illegally or from illegal sources;
5.1.8 you have not colluded and will not attempt to collude, directly or indirectly, with any other customer; and
5.1.9 any payment method you use belongs to you, is not stolen and has not been lost by another person. The Company reserves the right to close your Account and void any winnings on reasonable suspicion of a breach of this warranty.
5.2 You warrant that you have not previously registered another Account or received money through an account belonging to any other person.
5.3 You warrant that you have provided true and complete information in the registration form and personal information page.
6. Available currencies
6.1 We accept payments in the currencies listed on the Payment Methods page.
6.2 You acknowledge that cryptocurrency exchange rates fluctuate with market value. The Company may apply restrictions on the use of cryptocurrencies in accordance with AML requirements and regulations.
6.3 You will receive any bonus, reward or promotion in the currency selected on registration.
7. Deposits
7.1 To use the Services you must deposit funds into your Account. The Company reserves the right to conduct relevant checks on any deposit. Credit to use the Services is not available.
7.2 Deposits may be made using the methods provided on the Website. The Company may change accepted deposit methods at any time and, in special circumstances, may accept deposits only via specified methods.
7.3 Different payment methods may impose different transaction limits. The Company reserves the right to set maximum and minimum single-deposit amounts and maximum daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits.
7.4 When making a deposit you agree not to initiate chargebacks or request refunds, or otherwise reverse your deposit. A breach of this provision is a material breach of the Agreement and entitles the Company to seek compensation, including by forfeiting winnings held on your Account.
7.5 The Company may from time to time offer a bonus in the form of "bonus money". The conditions are set out in the Bonus Terms or with the offer itself.
7.6 Bonus money is shown separately and may only be withdrawn once all attached requirements are met. Where an Account holds both deposited money and bonus money, bonus money may only be used once deposited money is exhausted. If you withdraw money that qualified for a bonus, you waive all bonus money and any sums won with it.
7.7 The Account balance is not a bank balance and is not subject to insurance or guarantee of any kind, and does not earn interest. In accordance with the Company's licensing conditions, Player funds are held in one or more accounts that are segregated from the Company's own operational funds.
7.8 You should deposit money only for the purpose of placing bets. We may suspend or close your Account if we reasonably believe you are depositing without any intention to place bets. A first deposit may be withdrawn only after it has been used for placing bets.
7.9 The Company generally offers no refunds of deposited funds. We may consider a refund where technical problems have prevented use of the Website, or in other exceptional circumstances, if requested within 48 hours of the transaction. Before any refund, all bonuses and winnings will be removed prior to calculation. We will inform you of the outcome within 5 days (extendable for complex cases). All refunds are at our sole and absolute discretion.

8. Withdrawals
8.1 Eligibility. You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided that: (8.1.1) all deposits are fully completed, verified and not subject to reversal, chargeback, cancellation or recall; and (8.1.2) all required security and verification checks have been successfully completed. In accordance with the Company's AML/CTF obligations, Enhanced Due Diligence (including identity, address and, where required, source-of-funds verification) is carried out on your first withdrawal request, regardless of the amount, and the withdrawal will not be processed until that verification is completed.
8.2 Transaction limits. Different payment methods may impose specific limits. The Company reserves the right to set maximum and minimum single-withdrawal amounts and cumulative daily, weekly and monthly limits, which may vary by Account status, payment method and other relevant criteria.
8.3 Submission. To withdraw, submit a request via your Account interface and provide all required information. The Company may request additional verification before processing.
8.4 Bonus funds. Funds subject to restrictions (e.g. bonus funds) are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements are met, and may be forfeited on withdrawal if requirements are unmet.
8.5 Restricted access. If your Account is closed, blocked or suspended for any reason, you may contact support@goldbet.io to request withdrawal of any remaining balance. Where valid legal or operational grounds prevent withdrawal, funds may be withheld until resolved.
8.6 Anti-fraud. The Company reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, illegal activity or breach of these Terms, and to delay processing to perform checks on your identity, balance, source of funds and compliance. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation.
8.7 Verification of payment method. Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method(s) originally used to deposit. Where multiple methods have been used, withdrawals may be processed proportionally to deposits made through each.
8.8 Processing time. Once all eligibility, security and verification requirements are met, the Company processes withdrawals promptly and without unjustified delay. Time to receipt thereafter depends on your financial institution or provider; typical processing is 1–5 business days.
8.9 Turnover requirement. Withdrawals of winnings or deposit refunds may be processed once a turnover threshold is met: Players must place bets totalling at least 100% of their total deposit amount. Rollover contribution varies by game category. Where a request is made before the requirement is met, a notification will indicate the remaining amount.
8.10 Erroneous transfers. If funds are mistakenly credited to your Account, you must immediately inform the Company. Winnings generated from such funds are invalid and the Company may reclaim the funds or winnings regardless of elapsed time.
8.11 Minimum deposit. To request a withdrawal you must have made at least one deposit of not less than the equivalent of USD 5.
8.12 Daily limit. As an anti-fraud and AML/CTF security measure, the standard maximum withdrawal is EUR 1,000 per calendar day; amounts within this limit are processed promptly and without unjustified delay once verification is complete. Requests exceeding the standard limit will be declined and must be resubmitted within the limit, or the Player may request a higher limit. The Company will not automatically split such requests. The Company may, at its sole discretion, raise this daily limit for individual Players on a case-by-case basis, including on the basis of the Player's loyalty rank, verification level, deposit history or other progress and activity on the Website. Any increased limit applies only to the specific Player to whom it is granted and may be varied or withdrawn at the Company's sole discretion.
8.13 Technical errors. The Company may nullify winnings at any time, even after game completion, where they result from technical errors or system malfunctions. Your lack of knowledge of an error does not affect this right. Where errors were exploited intentionally, you may be liable for damages and the funds may be reclaimed.
9. Rights of the Company
9.1 The Company retains the right, at its sole discretion: (9.1.1) to deny registration to any customer without explanation; (9.1.2) to decline any bet; (9.1.3) to deny a bonus to, or exclude, any customer or group of customers from any or all promotions; (9.1.4) to use additional procedures to verify your identity (KYC) before or after any deposit or withdrawal; (9.1.5) to perform background checks with credit and financial institutions; and (9.1.6) to postpone any payment until your identity is verified.
9.2 In case of disagreement regarding a bet or winnings, the decision of the Company is final.
9.3 The Company may disclose personal information to law-enforcement authorities and third parties in accordance with the Privacy and Cookies Policy and these Terms.
9.4 Where fraud is suspected, or funds are recalled or disputed, the Company may withhold any sum on your balance exceeding the initial balance and contact the relevant authorities.
9.5 The Company may review gaming activity. If a review indicates a breach of the Anti-Fraud Policy (Section 10), the Company may revoke promotion entitlements, void winnings obtained from a promotion, prevent entitlement to other promotions, or suspend the Account.
9.6 The Company may suspend your access or block your Account without prior notice where you are suspected of fraudulent, illegal or improper activity. In that case, the Company has no responsibility to return or compensate funds remaining on your Account, subject to applicable AML obligations.
9.7 Where the Company considers you a high-risk customer following AML checks, it may, at its sole discretion, block the Account or freeze funds, subject to applicable AML obligations.
9.8 Where the Company believes a customer is involved in fraudulent activity, it may close that customer's Account and all other accounts on the platform, void any winnings, cancel pending withdrawals and refund the last deposit.
10. Anti-fraud policy
10.1 The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy. The following are considered fraudulent (without limitation): collusion with other players; strategies aimed at bonus abuse; fraud against other operators or payment providers; provision of counterfeit documents; use of stolen cards; creating more than one Account to gain promotional advantage; and provision of incorrect registration data.
10.2 Other cheating and bonus abuse. While playing with an active bonus it is forbidden to engage in activities giving an unfair advantage, including: delaying game rounds (including free spins and bonus features) to a time with no wagering requirement; leaving large bets on the table and returning after wagering is complete; building in-game value with bonus money, losing the bonus, then cashing out the built-up value in real-money play; and exploiting any software bug or failure. The Company may void bonuses and any associated winnings in case of bonus abuse.
10.3 If you become aware of any error or incompleteness in the software, you must refrain from exploiting it and report it immediately. If you fail to do so, the Company is entitled to full compensation for all related costs.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Company nor any member of the Group, nor any software provider, will be liable for any loss, expense or harm arising from: (11.1.1) errors in information you entered; (11.1.2) any fraud or misleading activity by you; (11.1.3) the Company's decision to decline a deposit, refuse to open, or suspend or close an Account under the Agreement; (11.1.4) any delay in accepting a deposit or holding a withdrawal to complete checks; (11.1.5) use of an Account for purposes that may be illegal under applicable law; (11.1.6) inability to use, or absence of access to, the Website under the Agreement; (11.1.7) any action by a third party using your username and password; (11.1.8) low quality of, or lack of, access to the Website or software due to unforeseen technical reasons; (11.1.9) any circumstance outside the Company's direct control, including problems with equipment, software (including computer viruses), data-transfer systems, telecommunications, or your internet service provider; (11.1.10) loss of transactions arising from incorrect functioning of any connection used by you or a third party; (11.1.11) any electronic communication not received due to incorrect contact data; (11.1.12) any government action or force majeure; and (11.1.13) participation in gaming where such participation is illegal under the law of the country in which you reside.
11.2 Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Company and the Group to you, arising out of or in connection with the Agreement, shall in no event exceed the lesser of (a) the total net amounts (deposits less withdrawals) you transferred to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) the balance on your Account at the time of the event. In no event will the Company or the Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, goodwill or data.
11.3 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and the Group from and against any claim, liability, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of the Agreement, your use of the Website, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
11.4 Time bar. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any claim you may have against the Company arising out of or in connection with the Agreement must be brought within six (6) months of the date on which the relevant event occurred, failing which the claim is irrevocably waived.
12. Dormant accounts
If you do not use your Account for betting, gaming, a deposit, withdrawal or transfer, or it is otherwise inactive, for at least 6 consecutive months, it will be a "Dormant Account". The Company reserves the right to charge an Inactive Account Fee while the balance remains positive. We will notify you when your Account becomes dormant and at least 14 days before any fee is deducted. You authorise the Company to debit the fee at the beginning of the month following the month in which the Account is deemed dormant.
13. Changes to the Agreement
13.1 The Company reserves the right to amend the Agreement at its discretion at any time.
13.2 Changes become effective from the date indicated. The Company will take reasonable steps to inform customers of material changes, and the Agreement is accessible at all times. If you disagree with any change, you must cease using the Website and close your Account.
14. Notices
14.1 You agree to be contacted electronically. We may post electronic messages on the Website or contact you by email. You must provide correct contact information; otherwise the Company is not responsible for any failure to receive information. All correspondence is considered "written" and received no later than 5 business days after sending. Questions: support@goldbet.io.
14.2 We send marketing communications about products, services and promotions (by email, SMS, telephone or post) only where you have given separate, specific consent, which is not a condition of registering or using the Services. You may withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge, using the unsubscribe option in any marketing message or via your account settings, and we will action your request within 48 hours. Service-related and transactional messages (for example deposit confirmations or updates to this Agreement) are not marketing and will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.
15. Complaints
15.1 To make a complaint, submit a written complaint to support@goldbet.io.
15.2 To allow us to address your complaint efficiently, please include: the subject line "Complaint"; your name, surname and phone number as the Account owner; a detailed account of the issue; and the specific dates and times concerned.
15.3 Acknowledgement. The Company will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 72 hours.
15.4 Internal resolution. The Company will make good-faith efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint internally within 30 calendar days of receipt, and will inform you of the outcome within that period.
15.5 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Where your complaint is not resolved within the 30-calendar-day internal resolution period, you will be informed that Alternative Dispute Resolution is the next available escalation option. The Company participates in the ADR mechanism designated or approved by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. / Anjouan Gaming. Such participation is mandatory, binding and conducted in good faith, and the Company complies with the determinations or resolutions issued through that ADR process or by Anjouan Gaming. All costs of the ADR proceedings, including administrative and adjudication fees, are borne entirely by the Company; under no circumstances are ADR-related costs charged to you.
16. Problem gambling
16.1 The Company is committed to promoting responsible wagering, raising awareness of problem gambling, and improving prevention, intervention and treatment.
16.2 The Responsible Gaming Policy sets out the Company's commitment to minimising the negative effects of problem gambling.
17. General
17.1 Assignment and novation. The Company may, at any time and without your consent, assign, transfer, novate, charge, sub-contract or otherwise deal with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Agreement, and may transfer your Account and the operation of the Website to any member of the Group or to a successor operator, provided your accrued rights are not materially prejudiced. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations without the Company's prior written consent.
17.2 Severability. If any provision of the Agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17.3 No waiver. No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right under the Agreement constitutes a waiver of that right, and no single or partial exercise prevents any further exercise.
17.4 Entire agreement. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements, representations and understandings. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement or representation not expressly set out in the Agreement.
17.5 Third-party rights. Each member of the Group may enforce and rely on any provision of the Agreement that confers a benefit on it. Save as so provided, a person who is not a party to the Agreement has no right to enforce any of its terms.
17.6 Survival. Sections 2.4, 4.2, 10, 11, 17 and any other provision that by its nature should survive termination shall survive the closure of your Account or termination of the Agreement.
17.7 Language. The English version prevails over any translation.
18. Applicable law and jurisdiction
18.1 The Agreement and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros).
18.2 Subject to the complaints procedure in Section 15, the parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Agreement, or its breach, termination or invalidity, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anjouan. The Company cannot accept responsibility under the laws of any other jurisdiction. You expressly agree to this exclusive jurisdiction.
